About the Group and Team Operating within the Participant Experience and Service Design group , the Office of the Participant Advocate (OPA) plays a critical role in ensuring participants are at the core of everything the Agency does. The OPA works collaboratively across the organisation to amplify the participant voice, connect business areas directly with participants, and help shape a truly participant-centric Scheme.
About the Role Reporting directly to the EL2 Director Participant Engagement and Insights , the APS5 Program Support Officer undertakes procedural, clerical, administrative, and operational tasks to support the branch's strategic goals. This role involves a considerable level of contact with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries.
Key Responsibilities: Managing qualitative and quantitative data to support branch reporting and team insights.
Key Skills Required: * Reporting and Data Analysis: Proven capability to manage and interpret qualitative/quantitative data to drive branch insights.
Desirable Skills (Highly Regarded): * Previous experience within the NDIA or broader NDIS ecosystem.
